Cancellation and Refund Policy

At VIS, Inc., we take great pride in providing the best customer support experience available. We understand that sometimes, unforseen circumstances change business strategies and you may no longer have a need for our services. We will refund your purchase in full within 30 days of purchase less any fees incured by VIS, Inc. in processing your transaction (credit card fees, shipping charges, etc.). After 30 days, 50% of the prorated unused portion of support agreements will be returned to the Customer.
